Before most of Charleston had fully woken up, I met Cierra and Sean in the quiet morning light at Chalmers Church. The city felt still and peaceful, and it was the perfect setting for a slow stroll through downtown together.
There is something so special about a morning session. The light is soft, the streets are calm, and everything feels a little more intimate. As we wandered through cobblestone streets and paused along historic facades, I had the sweetest time getting to know the two of them better.

Cierra has such an effortless elegance about her, and Sean brings a steady, grounding presence that balances her beautifully. The way he looks at her is full of intention. The way she smiles around him feels completely natural and unforced. They are joyful without being flashy, confident without being loud. Simply put, they fit.

Our time together felt easy in the best way. We laughed, explored tucked away corners of the city, and captured this meaningful season before they step into marriage. Engagement sessions are always about more than photos for me. They are about connection, about understanding how a couple moves together and what makes their relationship unique. With Cierra and Sean, that connection came naturally.
I am already so excited for their upcoming wedding at Yeamans Hall Plantation. It is going to be such a stunning backdrop for their day, and knowing them, it will be filled with heart, intention, and so much joy.
Cierra and Sean, thank you for such a beautiful morning. I truly cannot wait to document the beginning of your forever.
