Some weddings feel special from the very beginning. Kylie and Andrew’s wedding at Hewitt Oaks in Bluffton, South Carolina was one of those days for me, in the best and most personal way.
I’ve known Kylie for the last ten years, so documenting her wedding day felt incredibly meaningful. I knew it would be beautiful, joyful, and full of personality – and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment the day began, it was clear that this celebration would be unapologetically bold, vibrant, and deeply personal.

Kylie and Andrew exchanged vows beneath the sprawling live oaks at Hewitt Oaks, surrounded by their closest friends and family. The ceremony space was overflowing with color – bold pinks, rich fuchsias, vibrant oranges, reds, and purples layered together in lush, statement-making floral arrangements. Kylie has always loved color, and she leaned fully into it. Nothing was subtle, and nothing needed to be.

Kylie walked down the aisle with her dad, meeting Andrew beneath a floral-covered arch – made even more special by the presence of their sweet pup, Kermit. The ceremony was heartfelt, joyful, and full of emotion, with laughter woven seamlessly between meaningful moments.

After the ceremony, we moved into portraits and wedding party photos around the property, taking advantage of the beautiful spring light and the natural elegance of Hewitt Oaks. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour while we captured romantic moments with just Kylie and Andrew – the kind of time that lets everything settle in before the celebration begins.

The reception took place inside Hewitt Oaks’ ballroom, where the color story continued in the most spectacular way. Florals filled the space from every angle, creating an atmosphere that felt energetic, joyful, and completely immersive. As the evening unfolded, disco balls appeared above the dance floor, setting the stage for a night that was all about celebration.

Later in the evening, Kylie changed into a stunning sequin mini dress adorned with pink floral details – the perfect look for a night of dancing. Kylie and Andrew spent the rest of the evening on the dance floor, laughing, celebrating, and soaking in every moment together. The energy never dipped, and it was clear that this was a party built around pure joy.

The night ended with a confetti-filled exit, followed by a ride away in a vintage car – a cinematic, joyful sendoff as they headed off into their forever.

Kylie and Andrew’s wedding was bold, colorful, emotional, and unforgettable – a true reflection of who they are and the life they’re building together. It was an absolute honor to document such a meaningful day for two people I’ve known and loved for so long.
