A Sunset Surprise on Sullivan’s Island

Some moments feel like pure magic, and this proposal on Sullivan’s Island was one of them.

I had been working closely with the groom-to-be, planning every little detail to make sure his proposal was absolutely perfect. After choosing the ideal time and location, I made the trek up to this beautiful stretch of beach, eagerly anticipating the moment to unfold.

As the sun dipped lower in the sky, he led her down to the shoreline, where the waves gently rolled in and the salty breeze filled the air. With the sky shifting into soft, dreamy blue hour hues, he got down on one knee—and she said yes!

But the surprises weren’t over yet. As the newly engaged couple soaked in the moment, her parents made their way down the beach, flowers and champagne in hand, ready to celebrate. The look of pure joy and emotion on her face as she realized they were there was absolutely priceless.

The weather was perfect, the timing was seamless, and the love between these two was undeniable. It was an honor to capture such a beautiful chapter of their story, and I can’t wait to see where their journey takes them next.
